NS Development Partners Announces Two Mid-Atlantic Closings

NS Development Partners is pleased to announce the successful closing of two projects in the Mid-Atlantic.

The first project is 46 acres of land at the Garrison Oak Technical Park in Dover, Delaware. Over the coming months, NS Development will complete the land use entitlement process for light industrial buildings, with construction scheduled to begin in 2026. The sites offer heavy power, significant utility infrastructure, and exceptional highway access. This will provide a premium industrial product that is needed in Central Delaware. Stay tuned for the announcement of the exclusive leasing agent.

The second project is a 105,000 SF light industrial building at 3030 Kutztown Road, Reading, Pennsylvania. With most of the property occupied by a strong tenant on long term lease, NS Development will complete light capital improvements and finalize the lease up of the remaining 20,000 SF. Hunter Kessell at Cushman and Wakefield is marketing the space.
