Mr. Scullion has spent the last decade working with developers, operators, and property owners in the Mid-Atlantic. In that tenure, he has overseen acquisitions, development, asset management, and dispositions of industrial, multifamily, self-storage, retail, office, and hospitality properties. One of his primary roles was growing in-house capital markets capabilities by networking and fostering relationships with institutional lenders and investors.

His most recent role was as Partner and Vice President of Investments with a Maryland middle-market operator. In that capacity, he led the closing of over $200MM in acquisitions nationwide across a three-year period. He was pivotal in sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, raising capital, and working alongside counsel in negotiating PSAs, loan documents, and joint venture agreements. After closing, he continued to spearhead ad-hoc asset management programs to ensure business plan execution.

Mr. Scullion holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organization and Management Studies from Gettysburg College. He is a native of Philadelphia and currently resides in its suburbs.

Mr. Ehrentreu spent the last decade working with developers, operators, and property owners in the Northeast. He has overseen and managed development, pre-development, construction, and asset management activities for industrial, commercial, institutional, and hospitality properties. He has extensive experience working with small to midsize firms looking to expand their in-house development capabilities.

His most recent role was Vice President of Construction for the Northeast Market with Faropoint, an industrial real estate focused private equity firm. At Faropoint, he led the firm’s first ground-up development project in company history. In the last 36 months, he single-handedly scoped, bid out, contracted, and managed the execution of nearly $35 million in tenant improvement and capital improvement projects.

Mr. Ehrentreu holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from Drexel University. He and his family live on and operate a horse farm in Gloucester County, New Jersey.
