NS Development Partners Enters Virginia with First Project

NS Development Partners (“NS”) is proud to announce the simultaneous acquisition and lease execution of its first project in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

701 South 6th Avenue in Hopewell is a 55-acre former ethanol production facility. At closing, NS executed a lease for 7 acres with a local manufacturer who will leverage the site’s existing railyard infrastructure to support and expand their regional operations.

Over the coming months, NS will demolish the existing structures to prepare the property for its next chapter.

NS Development Partners is a Mid-Atlantic–based industrial real estate investment and development firm. 701 S 6th Ave marks the firm’s third project in the past 12 months.
